1.Reservation Process:

    To reserve your Irvinei doorbell, visit our official website and complete the pre-booking form with your contact information and preferred payment method.

    A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful submission of your pre-booking request.

    2.Deposit:

      A refundable deposit is required to secure your pre-booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total price of the doorbell upon final purchase.

      3.Priority Access:

        Pre-booking guarantees you priority access to the Irvinei doorbell once it becomes available. You will be among the first to receive the product, ensuring you can start enhancing your home security without delay.

        4.Updates and Notifications:

          Throughout the pre-booking period, you will receive regular updates on the status of your order, including expected shipping dates and any important developments related to the product.

          Notifications will be sent via email, so please ensure that your contact details are accurate and up-to-date.

          5.Payment and Shipping:

            Once the Irvinei doorbell is ready for shipment, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance, which will need to be paid before the product is dispatched.

            Shipping details, including tracking information, will be provided once your payment is confirmed.

            6.Cancellation and Refunds:

              You may cancel your pre-booking at any time before the final payment is made. To cancel, please contact our customer support team via email or phone.

              If you choose to cancel your pre-booking, your deposit will be refunded in full within 5-7 business days.

                 

                Shipping Policy

                Free Standard Shipping

                All orders of the AI-Powered Touchscreen Doorbell shipped within the continental United States qualify for free standard shipping. There is no minimum purchase required.

                Processing Time

                Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after noon EST on Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed the following Monday, excluding holidays.

                Standard Shipping

                Delivery takes approximately 7 business days from the date of shipment. Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as the order is shipped.

                Special Handling

                Some regions may require additional transit time due to remote or difficult-to-access locations.

                 

                Returns Policy

                General Return Policy

                Customers have up to 30 days from the date they receive their AI-Powered Touchscreen Doorbell to return the product for any reason for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.

                Initiating a Return

                To start a return, customers should access the Returns Center on our website. Here, they can enter their order number and email address to receive a prepaid return shipping label and detailed return instructions.

                Condition of Returned Items

                Products must be returned in the same condition they were received. This includes all original packaging, accessories, and manuals. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or denial.

                Refund Processing Upon receipt of the returned item, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Customers will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.

                Non-Returnable Items

                Any product that has been customized, personalized, or modified is not eligible for return, except in cases of defects in materials or workmanship.

                Return Shipping Costs

                Return shipping is free for all returns within the 30-day return window. Customers using the provided prepaid return label will not incur any shipping costs. If the return is initiated after 30 days due to our error, we will also cover the return shipping costs.

                 

                Restocking Fees for IRVINEi Doorbell Returns

                No Restocking Fees Under Certain Conditions

                If you return the IRVINEi AI-Powered Touchscreen Doorbell due to receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you will not be charged any restocking fees. Additionally, returns made within 7 days of receipt that are in the same condition as received—unopened, unused, with all original labels and in the original packaging—will also not incur restocking fees.

                Standard Restocking Fee

                Returns that do not meet the above conditions are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee compensates for the inspection, testing, and repackaging of items returned in a condition that meets our standards for resale.

                Increased Restocking Fee for Damaged Returns

                If the Irvinei AI-Powered Touchscreen Doorbell is returned damaged, shows material differences from how it was originally shipped, or has obvious signs of use, a 25% restocking fee will apply. This higher fee covers the additional costs associated with restoring the item to a fully sellable condition.

                Deduction from Refund

                Applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund to cover the processing of returned items not in their original condition.
